New Zealand Immigration New Rules
So, to fill the shortage of skilled labourers, New Zealand hopes for over 12,000 extra workers over the year. New Zealand has decided to relax immigration rules and double the working holiday visa scheme numbers.
Not only will this result in high wages for the workers in some sectors, but even those whose visas are going to expire will also be able to get an extension for six months. Also, people who could not travel to New Zealand earlier on the workers' visas due to the pandemic will finally get the chance to enter New Zealand during the summer of 2022.
The New Zealand government will start processing new visas from October 2022, and the people getting the visa will be eligible to enter New Zealand by 31 January 2023. Under this visa, they will have the right to stay and work in New Zealand for one year.

All employers must check these three things. Also, Immigration New Zealand has announced that the new employer-assisted work visa will replace the following work visas.
